ASTM Launches New Standards Activity for Single-Point Scratch Method ASTM subcommittee G02 on Wear and Erosion has launched new standards activity for measuring the adhesion of coatings and thin films using a single-point scratch method. This new activity will be conducted under subcommittee G02.30 on Abrasive Wear, but will be coordinated with ASTM Committee C28 on Advanced Ceramics, as well as with other standards activities in this area.
